Landon's 8th Birthday

We had set these cakes out before heading to the movie. When we got home, Blake thought they were toys - not cakes. He ran over and thrust his hand into the red cake - the look on his face when he realized it was not a toy was priceless.

Blake and Charlie

Blake's buddy Charlie from church also goes to the same preschool together. Marcie and Charlie's parents switch off carpooling - Blake and Charlie chatting the whole way there most days. After school they had been switching off going to eachother's houses. On this day Charlie came to Blake's and they were having fun playing break the ice.

Sunday Funnies

While my mom was here a couple of months back, she read the boys the Sunday comics. They now love to read the Sunday funnies.

Game Night

The boys are really into Legos. Lego came out with some Lego games. We are playing this for family game night - it is like Connect 4, but with goblins and ghouls. The boys had a lot of fun. (Notice the Wendy's AND Whataburger cup - in our house we don't discriminate fast food joints!)

These are the last of the pictures. Now on to narrowing down which to print out and put around the house. Marcie wants some in stretched canvas.
