Our Temple

We took the boys to walk around the grounds of the San Diego temple. It's so amazing to go back there after all this time and remember where we started. Absolutely one of our favorite places in the world.

Sealife

While in California, we also went to Sealife. It's a small aquarium next to Legoland. We absolutely loved it. It was completely empty, so we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The best part was the shark tank. SO COOL.

I Bet You Had All Given Up on Us, Right???

So, I haven't blogged in forever. I just haven't been in the mood, I guess. Life is moving along at warp speed, and I just don't seem to have the ability to stop and document it all.

But, tonight, I decided I might give it a go.

I thought I would start with some pictures from our California trip from May. We made our annual pilgrimage out to our Mecca a.k.a. Legoland. The boys had a blast, and Jeff and I did, too. As much as I abhor Disneyland and theme parks in general, I have a soft spot in my heart for Legoland. Not sure why, but it is just so much fun.

Here are some pics:

Cabo Vacation

Jeff and I had the BEST VACATION EVER!!! We flew to Cabo for 4 days and 3 nights of complete paradise. We stayed at this super amazing resort, The One and Only Palmilla. All we did was lay around and soak up the sun, listen to the ocean, and eat really great food.

Thanks to Jeff's mom and dad for flying down to take care of our boys while we were gone!

Thanksgiving in New Mexico

We have a huge backlog on our blog. And if I look at all of it, it is too overwhelming. So, I've decided to just randomly post without any type of order. For some reason, this seems much less overwhelming to me.

We spent Thankgiving in Las Cruces with Travis's family, Nana and Papa Roe, and Julie's mom and youngest brother. I am so glad we made the 11-hour trip. It was totally worth it. Before we got on the road, we explained to the boys how long the trip was. Landon got it. Blake, though, thought that we should be there after about an hour. He was not to happy about being in the car for such a long time!

The boys had a great time with their cousins. And we all had a great time visiting.
