Sorry we haven't been updating the blog!

Sorry that we haven't been updating our blog lately. Our schedule has been so hectic and will continue to be this way for a bit longer. Jeff is in Chicago until Thursday night, then on Saturday we fly out to Myrtle Beach. We'll be gone until the following Saturday. Then, the next week we will be moving to our new house...Yes, we bought another house! Long story, but we are very excited and will be closing on the 24th and moving out the rest of that week so that the renters can be in this house by the 1st of July. We are going to pay someone to move us, but I still am going to do all the packing myself. Also, the boys will start their swim lessons the week we return from SC, too, so it may be awhile before we post again.

Rock Climbing

Our gym has a rock wall. Landon worked up enough courage to give it a shot. His favorite part was jumping off and gliding down slowly.

Ward Party

We had a memorial day ward party. The boys had a lot of fun.

Roughing it

Here is Landon with his best friend Cameron - he is in his class at school as well. He loved playing with them. We really roughed it at Father and Sons. We stayed until everything was dying down and then came home and slept and went back in the morning. The campsite was about 15 minutes from our house.

Running at Father and sons

Blake loved seeing all of his friends at father and sons. He spent most of the evening running with and chasing his friends Charlie and Jackson.

Landon and Blake also loved roasting marshmellows.

Fire

Landon loved to help with the fire. He liked to throw wood into the fire to make it bigger. He was really good at being very careful around the fire.

Oragami

The boys really wanted to make an oragami dinosaur. They had a "simple dinosaur" that Marcie attempted to make. It turns out it wasn't as simple as it seemed.

Dragon Painting

They had a station where Landon got a dragon painted on his arm. Blake didn't want to do it.

Zen Garden

The boys loved to play in the Zen garden they had there.
